Dr. Peter Kayode Odetoyinbo, the Chairman, Education Committee, &nbsp;Catholic Bishops Conference of Nigeria (CBCN).</span></div> <div dir="auto"><span style="font-size: medium;">Education is an important part of life, hence we cannot but dream it, direct it and offer it. The church is committed to offering the best of education for her members and all, as a mission to go to the World and teach all nations (Matt. 28 vs 19). The summit therefore, is apt at this period of time when children are most hit by deprivation, abuses and ignorance.</span></div> <div dir="auto"><span style="font-size: medium;">The Theme of this 3rd summit "Catholic Education in Nigeria: Challenges of Child Protection and Human Sexuality", is to reaffirm our indebtedness to God to always carry on the mission and command of Christ.</span></div> <div dir="auto"><span style="font-size: medium;">Catholic education should and must always protect the rights and sexuality of the child.
