Our Prayer Life

Prayer is the conscious turning of our minds and heart to God:
To speak with Him
To listen to Him or
Simply to look at him in total adoration.
Mindful of these, we Sisters of the Sacred Heart stay close to Jesus Heart in prayer through daily adoration of the Blessed Sacrament and joining our voices with the universal church in praying of the Divine office. Therefore, prayer pervades our whole lives. As one family we pray together- as the family that prays together stays together. For from here we draw our daily strength and have our daily espousal with Christ when we pray with one voice to God our divine Spouse.

The Sacred Heart of Jesus serves as our Model and Inspiration; doing all out of love for the one that has called us- Christ. We uphold "Unity in diversity" As this is the nucleus of our Congregation. We are founded for this aim; to enhance the realization of Jesus' prayer "That they may be one" (In 17:21-22).
