Our joint recollection took place on October 4, 2014 at SSH Generalate compound. The day began with adoration of the Blessed Sacrament, praying of the rosary in the chapel after which we had a seminar in the conference hall of the administrative block, on lifestyle, presented by Sr. Veronica Okosun, SSH. She educated us on so many things we take for granted, such as the need for exercises and the importance of regular meals.
